The designer behind ISCHIKO is 48-year-old Turkish-born Isik OÅNzgür. Isik studied art in her home town of Istanbul and spent time in Hong Kong, Japan and Italy before founding her own fashion company in Germany. During her travels, Isik gained first-hand experience of both Oriental and Occidental styles and tastes. This blend of East and West is evident in her work today.

Malloni as a brand name original in 2000 thanks to the entrepreneurial and creative collaboration of Fabio Malloni and Floriana Orsetto. Fabio can rely on the considerable expertise developed working for his family handcrafted footwear. As for Floriana, she has achieved great skill in understanding wishes and needs of the market, especially from the point of view of the end consumer. Comparing their personal experiences, they came to the conclusion that prét-á-porter should better address costs, style and suitability for everyday life, and have created their highly wearable collections accordingly.
